Mirror Sport reports the two clubs will sit down to discuss a deal in the next 24 hours. The Palace defender has been a target for multiple top clubs in the Premier League, but Liverpool have emerged as favourites for his signature. Guehi has 12 months remaining on his deal.

His contract situation will limit Palace's ability to recoup maximum profit. They had previously valued the player at £70m, but the Mirror believes they will accept a fee of £40m. Chelsea have a 20% sell-on clause, which was agreed when Guehi swapped West for South London for an £18m fee in 2021.
