With the 3-2 defeat against Liverpool extending Forest's winless run to 11 games (D3 L8), Steve Cooper's men face a relegation threat. They put up an impressive performance at Anfield.
Losing a semi-final on penalties is always heart-breaking and that's what happened to Brighton after they had held out Manchester United to a goalless score for 120 minutes. However, Roberto De Zerbi's side can still be merry at the end of the season with a realistic chance of finishing in the Premier League's top-five.

Scott McKenna made a brief return from a lengthy injury lay-off as he had to be taken off at Anfield with a fresh knock, as the defender is back with the likes of Willy Boly, Serge Aurier, Giulian Biancone and Omar Richards in the treatment room, thus throwing Joe Worrall back into the mix at the back.
That's not the end of Forest's injury list, as Dean Henderson remains sidelined with a hamstring injury, with PSG loanee Keylor Navas to continue in goal.
With Chris Wood, Ryan Yates, Gustavo Scarpa, Jack Colback and Cheikhou Kouyate also adding to the injury woes, Remo Freuler should also hold his place in the middle, while Cooper is likely to recall Brennan Johnson up front.
It is also unclear yet if Jonjo Shelvey is available after being told to 'stay at home' the last time out.

Adam Lallana, Jeremy Sarmiento and Tariq Lamptey are also unavailable due to injuries.
De Zerbi may deploy Alexis Mac Allister in a deeper role in order to allow Julio Enciso to venture forward, while Jason Steele is likely to replace Robert Sanchez in goal.
